Keep Your Home California Program Now Fully Implemented

The California Housing Finance Agency announced that it has fully implemented four programs to fight the ongoing floreclosure crisis in California so that homeowners can remain in their homes.

These are Federally funded programs helping low and moderate income homeowners.  I checked the stats for low to moderate in San Diego County and the income limit is $90,000.00 per year.

The assistance programs help with

1.  Mortgage assistance of up to $3,000.00 per month for unemployed homeowners
2.  Funds to help homeowners who have fallen behind on their payments
3.  Money to reduce the principal owed on a mortgage where a hardship exists
