Are you a history fan? Do you love seeing interesting homes? Then this upcoming event is for you. San Diego real estate has a rich and colorful history. We’re fortunate to live in a city that has quite a diversity of home styles and this event showcases some of these unique and interesting styles.

Mission Hills is one of San Diego’s most beautiful and historic communities in the city. On Saturday September 25th the Mission Hills Heritage, an organization devoted to the preservation of historic homes and to assisting communities gain historic designations, will be hosting a walking tour of some of the most amazing homes in all of San Diego.

Tour guides will be exposing participants to historical facts and insights of the Mission Hills community. This is one of many events put on by the Mission Hills Heritage and it’s sure to be extremely fun and entertaining for all. If you’ve ever driven through or walked around this neighborhood you have some idea of the the significance of the community Mission Hills in San Diego’s history.

I highly encourage all of you to come part take in this upcoming event. Not only will you learn something but you’ll also see some great homes while getting some exercise in at the same time. Afterwards take a walk around and enjoy some food and libations at one of our many acclaimed neighborhood eateries such as  The Red Door or The Wellington.
