3. Tuesday, April 3- Three Artist Paint the City

Paintings of the city by 3 artists who make San Diego their primary subject. Wade Cline is one of the best known painters in San Diego. For decades his moody, softly lit scenes have captured transient moments of mist and marine layer that are a part of our daily life. Brad Maxey and Kim Reasor are both transplants to San Diego and each present a distinctive view, finding beauty in the midst of the mundane, capturing elusive light reflections and the ever evolving landscape at the edge of America.

7. Saturday, April 7- The Musical Comedy Murders of 1940

Join us at the Westchester estate of a wealthy “angel,” where a backers’ audition for a new musical turns deadly, and no one is who they seem.
The play is said to have been based on several 1940s mystery movies, including The Cat and the Canary, one of Bob Hope’s first films.
NOTE: This show is not a musical, though it does contain snippets of songs from White House Merry-Go-Round, Marlene Dietrich, and Sophie Tucker. It will however tickle your funny bone and leave you gasping for air.
