2. Monday, September 5– Labor Day At Del Mar Racetrack

Del Mar kicks off its last week of 2011 racing with a special Monday racing card and fun holiday activities for all on Labor Day including the Wiener dog races, Family Day and Jockey Photo Day.
Fans will get the chance to meet their favorite jockeys during Jockey Photo Day during the last family weekend. Del Mar will host the search for San Diego’s fastest wiener dog during the Wiener Dog Nationals – San Diego Finals, sending the top dog to face off in December’s national competition.
