2. Monday, May 14Ceramics Exhibit

 Beginning May 2 the Carlsbad Library on Dove Lane will be featuring  the Rancho Carlsbad Ceramics group.  The displays are located on both the 1st and 2nd floors of the library. This exhibit is not to be missed!!

3. Tuesday, May 15- Masters of Underwater Photography

Liquid Capture: Masters of Underwater Photography is a juried exhibition presenting the best underwater photographic art from around the world. Organized by renowned photographer Lee Peterson, this exhibition will feature images reflecting a number of specific categories: Ocean Environment Underwater, Macro, Diver, Ocean Environment Above Water, Marine Mammals and Submersion, a creative look at diving.

4. Wednesday, May 16 –  Nature walk for Single Seniors

The North County Singles Club for senior singles ages 55+ will meet for a nature walk at the Batiquitos Lagoon in Carlsbad Wed. May 16, 9:30am. Call Lynne, 760-295-6123, by May 13th and leave a message so we will know how many to expect. Trail length is 1.88 miles one way. Wear comfortable shoes and sun protection, bring water. 6. Friday, May 18- Exhibit: May or May Not

The Escondido Art Association is featuring “May or May Not,” an open, juried exhibit of framed fine artworks by association members and other local and regional artists, from Wed., May 9 thru Sat., June 2, at the Artists Gallery, 121 W. Grand Ave. The original art will be judged by multi-award winning artist Paul Ryker. Awards presented at Reception on Sat., May 12 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Public is invited.
