Remembering 9/11 in San Diego

An environmental orgaization called San Diego River Park Foundation that has become a nationwide model for its stewardship of water and nature is scheduled to mark Saturday’s National Day of Service and remembrance with a community cleanup near Qualcomm Stadium.

This event is to recognize and honor the anniversary of Sept. 11.  Those interested can meet in section J-5 of the stadium parking lot.  Tools and supplies will be provided.
