This is the 3rd annual sale of model home furniture at rock bottom prices and it’s sure to be another great event. Lat year there were about 1000 people waiting for the sale to begin at 8A.M.

Another great reason to shop this awesome sale is that the proceeds of the sale will be going to charity. Last year’s event raised about $64,000 towards BIA Cares Charity which gives money and donates furniture to charities such as Habitat for Humanity and such.

This year the sale features tons of appliances  ranging from built-in cook tops, microwaves, ranges, refrigerators, etc. Office furniture is also available for sale stemming from some model properties that featured a home office layout.
