Free Closing Costs!

Yup, I said it, “FREE.”  More specifically when you purchase a Fannie-Mae owned home between April 11, 2011 and June 30, 2011 then you will receive closing cost assistance.

Are there caveats?  OF COURSE!  It’s real estate.

The caveat is that you must submit your offer after April 11 and close by June 30, 2011.  It is a quick incentive, but worth 3.5% closing costs. 

If you take 3.5% of the median home price of $360K in San Diego for real estate, that equals $12,600.00.  I’ll bet you haven’t had anyone write you a check like that recently!
