Urgent! 15,000 Loan Modifications for California
Wow, the state of California will have $2 billion worth of loan modifications and $32 million to borrowers who lost their homes to foreclosures.
Great news!
The current Attorney General of California, Jerry Brown, and soon-to-be Governor of California said that in an agreement struck with Wells Fargo, almost 15,000 homeowners would be provided with a loan modification and roughly 12,000 homeowners would be helped who lost their home to foreclosure.
The agreement was not struck through a lawsuit, Wells Fargo had acquired risky loans through various banks acquired such as World Savings Bank and instead of a lawsuit had agreed to help out distressed homowners.
If you took a loan from World Savings Bank or Wachovia and were foreclosed on by Wells Fargo during the time of the acquisition, here is your ray of hope, don’t delay, contact them immediately and make sure that you are compensated.
